I’ve never stacked astrophotography images before, so this was my first attempt at it. I didnt even have any lights or bias images for this one, I just went ahead and stacked 40 images in Siril using a modified script, then stretched the resulting image.
I mean… it’s not the best, but like everything I do, I’m happy to put my name on it as a reminder of where I started out.
These exposures were taken at Squeaking Point, Tasmania, about one hour before the moon rose. 3 second exposures at 6400iso f/1.4.
